A number of people have been reporting these errors. Let me explain how they happen.

This is the result of failures in technology.

What is supposed to happen when a payment is made is that JVzoo (my payment processor) contacts Paypal or Stripe to authorize the transaction. This part is working fine. After payment has been collected, JVzoo is supposed to send payment information to my server. The JVzoo part of this transaction is working correctly.

My membership software is supposed to accept the notice from JVzoo and record the payment, so that you will be reauthorized to access the membership area of this website.

There is currently an technical issue with my membership software.

Around the end of December or beginning of January, the fine folks at Insta-Member did an update on the membership plugin.

Ever since that update, the “handshake” between JVzoo and my copy of Insta-Member membership plugin has been failing.

The transactions are not being recorded within my software, so my website is unable to acknowledge that you have made a payment. This affects creation of new accounts, and it affects monthly subscription payments.

This is why I am asking everyone who sees this error to send Bill Platt an email at support@bookadaysystem.com

Once we receive notification from you as to the error, we will manually record your payment into the website, thereby fixing your access problem.

Once the Insta-Member problem is sorted, most everyone will not see this error again.

However, a few people may see the error at a later date, if individual transaction handshakes are not completed.

Regardless of when, if you see this error, just drop Bill Platt an email at support@bookadaysystem.com and he will get your access fixed.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
